Missouri drivers are on a point system. It's important for you, the driver, to know how many points are on your record and whether or not any new points places you in danger of losing your license. The Missouri Department of Motor Vehicles will suspend a driver if they receive 8 points in an eighteen month period for 30 days on a first time suspension, 60 days on a second, and 90 days on a third.
